House Arrest

I have been placed under house arrest, unofficially, by Lestrade.

The results on the heart were revealed early in the morning, and appear to match the DNA of the murdered victim. This is supposed evidence that I am the murderer.

However, both John and Lestrade agree that I cannot possibly be the murderer. Lestrade is working on the case to discover the true murderer. What he should do is allow me on the case, officially. I cannot operate from the flat to solve the case, as I do not have the clues nor resources.

Many would believe that - in times such as these - I can rely on Mycroft to correct matters. The main point is in that very sentence. Rely. I do not rely on my brother for any matters, not even in potentially lethal ones.

I highly doubt that the house arrest will last long. Lestrade will soon be after my assistance.

On another hand, Father has been in contact. I was under the impression that he was dead. Apparently not. I have had no contact from Mummy, but this may well be since I am ignoring all contact from her possible.

Idiots

It appears that someone is either being incredibly idiotic, or is attempting to have me arrested.

This morning, I received a text from John.
[I've gone shopping, will be a couple of hours at the most. Where did you get that heart, Sherlock? JW.]
I informed him that, as always, I acquired the human heart from the hospital. Where else would I have taken it from?
[Just wondered. Lestrade thinks it's from a missing person. JW]
Of course, Lestrade is an idiot. I would expect nothing less.
[He said someone tipped him off. JW.]
 Idiot.
[It was anonymous. JW.]
Still an idiot.

I took a look in the fridge at the heart once John did not reply, and noticed the signs that a sample had been taken. No doubt that Lestrade now has forensics examining the sample to discover who's it was.

Due to boredom and to change the subject before I was questioned on my sleeping habits, I informed Mycroft about their suspicions that I have murdered someone. He had already given me the case to discover who the murderer was after my complaints of boredom. Subsequently, he gave me location of one of the bodies.

Today may well be interesting.
